Terms and Conditions for New Trading Sign-Up and First Trade Rewards in 100 $BULL Tokens

(Excluding US Residents)

By registering with the BullionFX App Launch Pre-registration program (Program) and/or by downloading this application you agree to these Terms and Conditions and are bound by all of them, as may be changed from time to time, and you consent to BullionFX’s collection and use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with https://bullionfx.com/privacy-policy as may be amended from time to time.

1. **Eligibility:**

1.1.    This Program is valid for new users who register on the BullionFX centralised exchange App, excluding residents of the United States.
1.2.    Eligible individuals who download the BullionFX app and follow the prompts to complete registration ,, including verifying their email address by following the prompts following receipt of an email from BullionFX may participate in the Program (Member).
1.3.    Only a person is eligible to enrol as a Member.
1.4.    To be eligible to become a Member, a person must have a valid Australian address, a valid email address and be 18 years of age or older.
1.4.1.    Members must make their first trade on the platform with a minimum value of $100 to qualify for the reward within their first 30 days of registration.
1.4.2.    Only one reward per person is allowed.

2. Account

2.1.    Upon registration, an account will be created for the Member (“Account”).
2.2.    There is a limit of one (1) registered Account per Member. Each Account requires an independent email address.
2.3.    Each Member shall be responsible for updating their Account to reflect any change of name, mailing address, email address, mobile number or any other required membership enrolment data.

2. **Reward Distribution:**

2.1.    Members will receive a reward of 100 $BULL tokens upon completing their first eligible trade.
2.2.    The reward will be credited to the Member’s trading account within 5 business days after the eligible trade is executed.
2.3.    The reward will be credited in the form of $BULL tokens and are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

3. **Eligible Trade:**

3.1.    To qualify for the reward, Members must execute a trade (successful trades will be recorded in the trade history) with a minimum value of $100 in any trading pair available on the platform.
3.2.    Cancelled or reversed trades will not be considered as eligible trades for the reward.

4. **Disqualification:**

4.1.    Members found engaging in fraudulent or manipulative activities to gain an unfair advantage will be disqualified from the promotion and their accounts will be cancelled.
4.2.    BullionFX reserves the right to disqualify or withhold rewards from Members who violate these terms and conditions or engage in any abusive behaviour.

5. **Modification or Termination:**

5.1.    Membership may be revoked by BullionFX in its sole discretion at any time and without compensation for any reason including without limitation, for breach by a Member of any of these terms and conditions or any other actions deemed by BullionFX to be contrary to BullionFX, its interests or its Members.
5.2.    BullionFX reserves the right to modify, amend, alter, withdraw, suspend, or terminate the Progream or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any such changes may affect any benefits or rewards, which you may have previously accumulated, as well as any future accumulation of benefits and rewards.
5.3.    In case of any disputes, BullionFX’s decision will be final and binding.

6. **General Terms:**

6.1.    Members must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while participating in the Program.
6.2.    The trading platform is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or disruptions that may affect participation or reward distribution.
6.3.    The trading platform reserves the right to request additional information or documentation from Members to verify eligibility.
6.4.    Membership is non-transferable, is not redeemable for cash, and is non-refundable.
6.5.    No fees will be charged by BullionFX for the issue, registration, activation or use of the application. Members are responsible for any costs charged by their service provider for internet access to use the application.
6.6.    BullionFX assumes no liability, including without limitation, liability for any expense, loss, cost, injury, damage, accident or any other matter or thing whatsoever, however suffered or caused, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to the Program or by reason of the termination of or amendment to the Program in whole or in part, the addition or deletion of benefits or rewards or other features without notice.
6.7.    Neither BullionFX or its representatives, officers, agents, employees and related bodies corporate (BullionFX Parties) shall be responsible for any failure of this application or for any problems or technical malfunction of this application, computer online systems, servers, access providers, software or failure of any email. In addition, the BullionFX Parties shall not be responsible for any injury or damage to any computer or property related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any material relating to the Program.
6.8.    The Bullion Parties shall be not be liable for any loss or damage caused or for personal injury sustained as a result of participation in this Progam.
6.9.    BullionFX will not be held liable for any tax liability incurred by a Member in connection with the Program, including in relation to any reward or entitlement offered.
6.10.    BullionFX will not be held liable for any communication to any Member that is late, lost or misdirected for any reason, including but not limited to spam filters.
6.11.    If the Program is suspended or cancelled at any time BullionFX may notify members via email or the relevant section of BullionFX’s website.

7. **Governing Law:**

7.1.    These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
