**Terms and Conditions for New Trading Sign-Up and First Trade Rewards in 100 $BULL Tokens

1. Eligibility:

1.1. This offer is valid for new users who register on BullionFX centralised exchange App, excluding residents of the United States.
1.2. Participants must complete the full account registration process, including verification, to be eligible for the rewards.
1.3. Participants must make their first trade on the platform with a minimum value of $100 to qualify for the reward.
1.4. Only one reward per person is allowed.

2. Reward Distribution:

2.1. Qualified participants will receive a reward of 100 $BULL tokens upon completing their first eligible trade.
2.2. The reward will be credited to the participant’s trading account within 5 business days after the eligible trade is executed.
2.3. The reward will be credited in the form of $BULL tokens and is non-transferable.

3. Eligible Trade:

3.1. To qualify for the reward, participants must execute a trade with a minimum value of $100 in any trading pair available on the platform.
3.2. Cancelled or reversed trades will not be considered as eligible trades for the reward.

4. Disqualification:

4.1. Participants found engaging in fraudulent or manipulative activities to gain an unfair advantage will be disqualified from the promotion.
4.2. The trading platform reserves the right to disqualify or withhold rewards from participants who violate the terms of service or engage in any abusive behaviour.

5. Modification or Termination:

5.1. The trading platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
5.2. In case of any disputes, the trading platform’s decision will be final and binding.

6.1. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while participating in the promotion.
